If an item is received damaged please send a photo of the item as soon as possible. I am happy to refund orders that cannot be filled, as well as replacing items that are damaged in shipping. *Please note that special orders are not returnable. The work involved in a special order and the risk of breakage in returned shipments makes it too costly to accept returns. Photos of work can be provided prior to shipping.*

Laura accepts Venmo, Paypal, most major credit cards, cash, and is able to send invoices via Square.

Betelgeuse Pottery ships using USPS. We do NOT ship outside of the US at this time. Betelgeuse Pottery offers pick up (drop off depending on location) for those of you in the local area ( Prattsburgh NY), just use the coupon code LOCALBUYER.

Currently Betelgeuse Pottery does not do wholesale orders.

All Betelgeuse Pottery is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. I use my own products in my home daily in all of these scenarios (minus the dishwasher, my dishwashers are my hands!) Again, for items coming out of the oven or microwave the surface will be hot to the touch so please handle with care. The only thing you want to avoid is taking items directly from the freezer and putting it directly in the hot oven. If you have frozen something in a piece of my pottery and want to warm it in the oven, please give the pottery some time to come to room temperature before placing it into the hot oven. Please avoid placing any pottery over an open flame or directly over a heating element (cook top, burner, etc.) With proper care your handmade stoneware should last a lifetime.
